Delivery Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

PLEASE NOTE - Hoodies and Totes are made to order, therefore please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

Delivery Times

UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch (times may vary depending on customs and local postal services).

Delivery Charges

UK delivery: £3.50 flat rate or free on orders over £40

International delivery: calculated at checkout based on location.​

 

Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to postal or customs issues beyond our control.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
